These Terms & Conditions replace all previous versions and are effective as of October 2025.
1. Welcome & Commitment to Clients
Welcome to Black VIP Transport LLC — New York’s trusted luxury chauffeur and black car service. We are dedicated to providing each client with a safe, discreet, and reliable travel experience across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and beyond.
Our chauffeurs are professionally trained and fully licensed by the New York Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC), ensuring every journey meets the highest standards of punctuality, courtesy, and safety.
By booking through our website, phone, or email, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions designed to ensure transparency, comfort, and mutual protection.
2. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy and trust are essential to us. Black VIP Transport LLC protects all personal and payment information in compliance with U.S. privacy and data protection laws. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
All transactions are encrypted and securely processed via Square, a PCI-compliant processor. We do not store or have access to your full card details. For more information, please visit our Privacy Policy.
3. Secure Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Square using encrypted tokenization technology. Black VIP Transport LLC never sees, handles, or stores your card data directly.
This process ensures full compliance with PCI-DSS standards and the protection of your financial information throughout every transaction.
4. Stored Payment Authorization
By completing a booking, you authorize Black VIP Transport LLC to securely store your payment method for any approved, applicable adjustments related to your confirmed trip. These may include:
- Extra time or extended hourly service
- Additional stops
- Waiting time beyond grace period
- Tolls, parking, or congestion fees
- Cleaning or repair charges due to misuse or damage
All card data is securely handled via Square’s encrypted tokenization system. You consent to this authorization when accepting our Terms & Conditions during checkout.
5. Pre-Authorization Hold
Up to 36 hours before your trip, a temporary pre-authorization may be placed for the estimated fare plus 30% to verify available funds. This is not a charge — only a hold. The final amount will be adjusted once your trip concludes and the final invoice is processed (within 48–72 business hours).
A detailed receipt will always be provided by email.
6. Rates, Billing & Fees
- All reservations are billed in USD.
- Quoted rates are based on information provided by the client and may vary due to extra time, distance, or service adjustments.
- Wait time beyond grace periods is billed in 15-minute increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
- Tolls, airport fees, parking, and fuel surcharges are billed as incurred.
- A 20% gratuity is included for chauffeurs and may be adjusted at the client’s request.
7. Hourly & Transfer Policies
- Hourly Service: Time begins at the scheduled pickup and ends when the vehicle is released by the client. Minimum booking is 3 hours unless otherwise noted.
- Airport Grace Periods: Domestic flights include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time; international flights include 60 minutes. After that, hourly charges apply in 15-minute increments.
- Non-Airport Pickups: Include a 15-minute grace period before wait-time charges apply.
- Service Area: We serve all major New York airports (JFK, LGA, EWR, HPN, TEB) and may extend to NJ, CT, and out-of-state destinations upon request.
8. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of service will incur the full fare.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- No-Shows:
- Airport pickups: 1 hour without contact after flight arrival.
- Other pickups: 30 minutes without contact.
Both are billed the full fare plus 20% gratuity.
- Reschedules: Must be requested at least 24 hours before the trip by email (info@blackviptransport.com) or phone ((347) 477-6476).
9. Passenger Conduct & Safety
- Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside company vehicles.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed at any time.
- Violent, disrespectful, or threatening behavior toward chauffeurs or vehicles will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- Illegal or unsafe actions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
10. Responsibility for Vehicle Damages
Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or their passengers, including spills, stains, broken parts, or vandalism. Black VIP Transport LLC reserves the right to charge repair costs and related downtime to the stored card on file. A detailed report and invoice will always be provided.
11. Fraud & Security Verification
- For security, identity verification may be requested for high-value or unusual transactions.
- Fraudulent or stolen card use will result in immediate cancellation and reporting to law enforcement.
- The customer remains responsible for any chargeback or fraudulent transaction linked to their booking.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Service Delays: We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Indirect Loss: Black VIP Transport LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages such as missed flights or meetings.
- Owner Protection: The owner of Black VIP Transport LLC is not personally liable; all claims are limited to company assets.
13. Legal Compliance
All passengers must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including New York TLC regulations. Violations may result in service termination without refund and possible legal action.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, images, and logos — is the exclusive property of Black VIP Transport LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use is strictly prohibited.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of New York County (Manhattan).
16. Acceptance of Terms
- You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
- You authorize secure card storage for applicable charges (extra time, stops, waiting, tolls, damages).
- Your booking constitutes a binding contract with Black VIP Transport LLC.
