1. Service & Booking Experience
By booking with Black VIP Transport LLC, you agree to these terms, designed to ensure a seamless and premium travel experience.
- Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is secured once a payment method is verified and you receive your confirmation email.
- Your Secure Profile: To make managing your trips easier, a private dashboard is created for you during checkout. For your security and convenience, we use password-free “Magic Links” sent to your email, eliminating the need to remember complex passwords.
2. Rates & Seamless Billing
- All-Inclusive Quotes: The price quoted covers your itinerary as described.
- Trip Adjustments: We understand plans change. Please note that the final total may be adjusted to reflect on-trip requests such as route changes, extra stops, extended duration, or necessary tolls/fees incurred during the ride.
- Gratuity: For your convenience, a standard gratuity (typically 20%) is included so you don’t have to worry about tipping on the day of service.
3. Secure Payment & incidentals
To provide our signature “hop-out” service without payment delays at the end of your ride, we keep a secure payment method on file.
- Secure Authorization: By booking, you authorize us to securely process your payment details via our PCI-compliant processor.
- Automated Adjustments: This allows us to handle any trip extensions or necessary adjustments (as mentioned in Section 2) automatically, ensuring a smooth exit without interrupting your schedule.
- Bank-Level Security: We prioritize your safety. We never see or store your full credit card numbers; only encrypted tokens are retained by the banking processor.
4. Flexibility: Cancellations & Grace Periods
- Cancellations: We happily offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.
- Ensuring Availability: To respect our chauffeurs’ schedules, cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- Grace Periods: We monitor flights to ensure we are there when you land. We include complimentary wait time (60 mins for international arrivals, 30 mins for others). Beyond this courtesy window, standard hourly rates apply to keep the chauffeur available for you.
5. Comfort & Safety Environment
- Contact Details: Please ensure the passenger’s phone number is correct (International format) so your chauffeur can coordinate the pickup smoothly.
- Premium Environment: To maintain the pristine condition of our fleet for all guests, our vehicles are strictly smoke-free (including e-cigarettes). We appreciate your care in treating the vehicle with respect to avoid restoration fees.
6. Service Limitations
Black VIP Transport LLC strives for punctuality. However, in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, extreme traffic), our liability is limited to the refund of the trip fare.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
