We collect only the information necessary to provide safe and reliable transportation services, including your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off details, and payment information (processed securely through Square). Optional account data may be collected if you choose to create a profile for faster future bookings. Your information is used only for legitimate business purposes: confirming and managing bookings, processing secure payments and invoices, communicating trip details or updates, verifying identity and preventing fraud, providing customer support, and meeting applicable legal and tax obligations. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
4. Secure Payment Processing & Stored Card Authorization
All transactions are processed through Square, a PCI-DSS–compliant payment processor. Your card data is tokenized and encrypted, and Black VIP Transport LLC never stores or directly sees your full card number. By completing a booking, you authorize secure storage of your payment method for legitimate, approved adjustments related to your reservation (e.g., extra hours, waiting time, additional stops, tolls or parking fees, and cleaning or repair costs for damage). This consent follows the E-SIGN Act and ensures transparent billing for both parties.
5. Independent Chauffeurs & Affiliates
To ensure coverage and availability, Black VIP Transport LLC may work with qualified affiliate chauffeurs or licensed independent operators. All affiliates maintain proper insurance, licensing, and professional standards (including TLC or private livery authorization when applicable). All services are prearranged private bookings and not street-hail taxi services.
6. Data Retention & Protection
We retain information only as long as necessary to complete your trip, maintain business records, and comply with legal requirements. We implement advanced administrative and technical safeguards, including SSL/TLS encryption, tokenized payments, and restricted access, to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
7. Cookies and Site Use
We use cookies to enhance navigation, remember preferences, improve performance, and protect against fraud. Cookies do not collect personal or payment data unless you submit it through our forms. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be limited.
8. Customer Accounts (Optional)
